It features a double-walled structure, with the outer jacket for heating medium (steam, thermal oil or electricity) and the inner pot for holding materials, ensuring uniform heating and avoiding local scorching.Constructed mainly of food-grade SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, the kettle meets strict hygiene standards, is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Equipped with a high-performance agitator, it realizes automatic mixing, eliminates mixing dead zones, and improves heat transfer efficiency, which is ideal for viscous materials like sauces, jams and soups.The equipment supports multiple heating methods and customizable capacities (50L-1000L), adapting to different production needs. It is equipped with pressure gauges and safety valves to ensure safe operation, with a service life of 7-10 years. Simple to operate and maintain, it shortens production time, reduces labor intensity, and enhances product consistency.
