Product OverviewThis full-automatic mesh belt dryer is a continuous through-feed drying equipment developed for bulk material dehydration in modern industrial production. The whole machine adopts integrated frame design, fitted with high-strength anti-rust metal mesh belt as the conveying carrier. It is assembled with independent heating cabins, frequency conversion drive unit, air circulation system and centralized intelligent control panel. The enclosed thermal insulation shell effectively locks internal heat and cuts energy waste. Each drying section is equipped with separate air distribution and exhaust components, and the running speed of mesh belt can be stepless adjusted to match different material characteristics. All core transmission and heating parts are selected with industrial-grade accessories to ensure stable long-duration operation. The whole machine realizes automatic feeding, drying and discharging in one flow, which is widely configured on automated production lines and replaces traditional static drying equipment to lift overall production capacity greatly..

Working PrincipleThe equipment adopts cross-flow hot air circulation drying technology. Raw materials are evenly spread on the mesh belt via the feeding mechanism, and the frequency conversion motor drives the belt to move forward at a steady speed. Heat generated by the heating system is delivered to every corner of the cabin through circulating fans, forming uniform hot air flow that penetrates the material layer vertically. Materials are gradually dehydrated while passing through multi-stage temperature zones.Humid air produced during drying is timely discharged by the exhaust system, and the residual heat is recycled for secondary utilization. The intelligent system monitors cabin temperature and air volume in real time, and fine-tunes operating parameters automatically. The continuous conveying mode makes materials contact hot air fully and evenly, completing the whole drying process without repeated handling.
