Ni200 (UNS N02200) seamless pure nickel tube is a high-performance commercially pure nickel tubular product manufactured in strict accordance with ASTM B165 industry standard. Adopting hot extrusion and cold drawn seamless integrated forming process, the tube features complete metallurgical structure without any welding seam, avoiding hidden leakage risks existing in welded pipes.This pure nickel tube maintains stable mechanical properties and excellent corrosion resistance across extreme temperature ranging from -196℃ cryogenic environment to 900℃ high-temperature working condition. It delivers exceptional anti-corrosion performance against caustic alkali solution, reducing medium, neutral salt solution and distilled water, which outperforms common stainless steel pipes in harsh alkali industrial working conditions.Specification
