Product DescriptionProduct introduction:Designed for medium-sized industrial measurement and control scenarios, this M30 high-power analog sensor has a linear detection range of 20~200mm and is equipped with a high-penetration ultrasonic probe. It can stably detect various media such as water, grain, powder and large materials, avoiding signal attenuation caused by large volume and soft texture of materials. It supports dual-mode analog output of 4-20mA current and 0-10V voltage, with signals accurately linear corresponding to detection distance and stable measurement accuracy. It can be directly connected to industrial PLC, DCS central control system and digital display meter to continuously feed back liquid level, material level and material position data in real time, suitable for scenarios requiring high-precision closed-loop automatic management such as medium sewage environmental protection, grain warehousing and medium chemical tanks.The main application scenarios of the product:1.Small and Medium Sewage Environmental Protection Engineering: Real-timely monitor the water level of sewage pools, regulating pools and purification pools, and link the analog signal with the sewage treatment system to automatically adjust the rhythm of water inlet, drainage and reagent dosing.

When points A1 and A2 are set within the effective monitoring range ofthe sensor, place the target object at the monitoring distance of point A1or A2.When the sensor detects the target object, the LED will turn green.Conn-ect the learning line to V+, the green light will flash, and disconnect after3 seconds. When points A1 and A2 are set to infinity, if the sensor is facing each ot-her and there is no target, the sensor will not detect the target object and the LED will turn red.Connect the learning line to V+, the red light willflash, and the connection will be disconnected after 3 seconds. The A2point has been successfully set Connect the leaming line to V -, the redlight will flash, disconnect after 3 seconds, and set point A1 successfully.After setting points A1 and A2, the sensor has a memory function, and t-he most recent settings will be saved when power is turned off or restarted in the future.Synchronization functionUp to 5 sensors with different detection distances can be mixed, and thesynchronization function can be activated by directly connecting them t-ogether. 1.After power on, the yellow and green lights flash. Place a plece of material between the two sensors, and the green light flashes.Short-circut the pink Ine and the bue line (GND), and then release the green line to tum on. At this tme, the single-sheet learningis completed.
2.Then place two pieces of material in the middle of the sensor, and then use the pink line to short-circuit the brown line (+) to switch todouble -sheet leaming mode. At this time, the indicator light turns red and flashes. Then short-circut the pink line with the blue ine (GND).and then release it. The test red light becomes solid, and the double-sheet learning is completed.
3.After learning is completed, tum off the power Connect the pink wire and the blue wire (GND) together, and tur on the power again.and you can use it normally.
4.In the learning mode, enter the single sheet leaming step. If the thickness of the placed material is too thick and exceeds the detect-on range of the sensor. Before shoring the blue line (GND), after placing a single sheet of material, the indicator light will tumn red and flash.
5.in the leaming mode, enter the single sheet learning step. If the thickness of the material placed 1s too thin, the sensor canno detectt-he material. Before shorting the blue line (GND), after placing a single sheet of material, the indicator ight wll turn yellow and flash.
